Nadia-Rose uses a specialised format of Heart Flow techniques designed via Attunements, Mantras and Meditations & Earth Healing to assist in the process of Spiritual Ascension and Earth Healing.

In this healing session we work with Spiritual attunements, An Attunement to the Heart, A Cleansing Mantra using the healing and transformational vibrations of the Violet Flame and we meditate with the Maittreya Puja. The Yasodhara Puja Session
In this healing session we work with Spiritual attunements, An Attunement to the Heart, A Cleansing Mantra using the healing and transformational vibrations of the Lady Yasodhara and we meditate with the Yasodhara Puja.
