The Meditations and Attunements on this website are mindfully created and have been inspired by my teacher Ananda Tara Shan. - Mother founder of the Theosophical Fellowship and Heart Flow Worldwide.
These attunements and meditations are carefully designed spiritual/psychological formulas to assist in the process of spiritual transformation and ascension.
Applied to your spiritual routine, these attunements and meditations must be used mindfully and intelligently,. Too much, too quickly can create and imbalance in your inner and outer bodies. It is advised that you embarce these attunements and meditations gradually into your routine. Begining slowly by using a meditation once per week and then gradually increasing up to your own comfortable rythym of meditation and healing.
It is highly advised that those people who have mental and emotional imbalanced conditions do not use this meditation system, as overstimulation may occur and create further imbalances to your mental health.
