Spiritual Transformational Tarot and Healing Meditation Session
Are you longing for regular healing and transformation but finding it hard to make the time or manage the cost of regular in-person sessions?
I’ve reached a point in my journey where I can no longer personally see all the clients who wish to work with me — and so, I’ve decided to expand my work and bring it out into the world.
I’m now offering weekly pre-recorded healing and transformation sessions designed to guide you through a deeply personal process — as if you were sitting with me one-on-one.
Each session begins with a reflective Tarot card spread, helping you unlock the deeper layers of your own psyche through the rich symbols of the Tarot. You’ll be guided to contemplate what is stirring within you, bringing insight and understanding to your inner process.
From there, we move into a gentle Heart Flow healing meditation, allowing energy to shift, soften, and transform — bringing harmony, balance, and renewal to your mind, body, and spirit.
Though these sessions are pre-recorded, they are intentionally created so that you will feel seen, heard, and held as if I am speaking directly to you.
You may choose to join weekly for ongoing growth and healing, or simply come for a single session whenever you feel called.

A Transformational Mantra & Meditation Session
Nadia-Rose uses a specialised format of Heart Flow techniques designed via Attunements, Mantras and Meditations & Earth Healing to assist in the process of Spiritual Ascension and Earth Healing.
Based on group sessions that were personally facilitatied in the Bacchus Marsh Heart Flow Healing Centre for 15 years, this is a pre-recored video session designed to make you feel as if you are participating in a group setting with others who have come together to heal themselves, humanity and Earth.
